Advice To A Younger Me…
I'm not sure because I am a new teacher! I think over time I have seen that the most successful way of recruitment is getting into contact with parents all at once at an instrument night so that they can physically see what their child has to do and what they need to be in band. The students also get a chance to try different instruments out and see what they enjoy playing the best!
